Conclusion:

One of the least interesting toons, Hand Blademaster does not synergize with any toon or team. He is one of the summoned toons that Nobu summons. So you wouldn't miss him if you don't include him in your Hand team. He literally doesn't have anywhere to go. Just use him as a filler in any team who misses 5th toon. Until he gets a re-work if he ever gets one.

Priority of Allocating Leftover Toons to the Teams

Priority of the Toons To Allocate;   #1 Kingpin Whenever he uses his Ultra (5 energy), Defensing up all allies for 2 turns and offensing them up. 30% of chance to get an assist in his turn. Plus, 25% of chance of having all Villain or Mercenary allies get an immediate assist each time they attack. #2 Captain Marvel Her military allies gain 15% Health, 10% Damage. #3 Jessica Jones Her Basic has 50% chance of creating an energy for herself or her allies. Her Special clears all debuffs from all her allies and generate 4 energy to randomly distribute among them. Synergies with her Allies: Basic Ability:  Generate 1 Ability Energy for self or a random DEFENDER ally. Each attack has a 50% chance to generate 1 Ability Energy for self or A RANDOM ALLY. Special Ability:  Clear all negative effects from self and ALL ALLIES . Generate 1 Ability Energy for EACH DEFENDER ally. Generate 4 Ability Energy for RANDOM ALLIES . Passive Ability: DEFENDER allies gain +40% Resistance . Additional CITY allies gain +20% Resistance . OTHER ADDITIONAL ALLIES gain +15% Resistance . Note: Jessica Jones's Resistance is 44K (max).
