Priority of the Toons To Allocate;   #1 Kingpin Whenever he uses his Ultra (5 energy), Defensing up all allies for 2 turns and offensing them up. 30% of chance to get an assist in his turn. Plus, 25% of chance of having all Villain or Mercenary allies get an immediate assist each time they attack. #2 Captain Marvel Her military allies gain 15% Health, 10% Damage. #3 Jessica Jones Her Basic has 50% chance of creating an energy for herself or her allies. Her Special clears all debuffs from all her allies and generate 4 energy to randomly distribute among them.
