Synergies with her Allies:

Passive Ability: 

If at least one ally is MILITARY, gain 2 Charged instead of 1 on Spawn. 

MILITARY allies gain +15% Max Health.

MILITARY allies gain +10% Max Damage.

Note: Charged effect for Captain Marvel converts to Regeneration on Spawn.

Charged:

Charged effect for Captain Marvel converts to Regeneration on Spawn.

When there is no Charged Binary ends for her. Binary for her means; she gains 25% Damage, 25% Armor, 100% Focus and 100% Resistance. Also whenever she in Binary. meaning whenever she has Charged, she makes a bonus attack to all enemies for 150% Damage at the end of any turn. Also when she ins Binary (Charged), she gains +1 Charged (max 5) whenever she gains an Ability Energy. She loses 1 Charged for each Basic and Special attack. But she gains Binary with her Ultra Ability regardless she gains or has any Charged.

Current MILITARY teams where you might have less than 5 tagged toons;

Skilitary (Punisher, Red Guardian, Mercenary Soldier and Yelena Belova)

Avengers (Black Widow and Captain America)

Baron's Hydra (Winter Soldier)

Leftover Shield (Black Widow)


Conclusion:

Her passive would be optimized with Skilitary, since she would boost all her teammates health and damage. But if you have a better choice for Skiltary, the alternative would be Avengers to boost 2 toons (Black Widow and Captain America).
